NL Manufacturing (NiteLites Outdoor Lighting) is a manufacturer and distributor of high-end outdoor lighting products for commercial and residential clients.
We operate as the corporate office, supporting many franchises (partners) throughout the United States.
We work very closely in our small office in Franklin, Ohio as a unified team, promoting a positive work environment, wearing many hats, and helping everyone be successful.
Summary:
Job consists of working directly with our Outdoor Lighting Contractors in assisting them with their schedules & business needs.
Primarily handling inbound customer calls and scheduling appointments as needed for multiple locations with limited shipping requirements.
Basic requirements are listed below:
Excellent phone etiquette Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Proper speaking & writing grammar Attention to detail Microsoft Office experience Gmail Experience preferred The ability to multitask Excellent organizational skills Previous customer service experience
