We are currently looking for a Corporate Credit Coordinator to support our operations.¬  This position reports directly to the Corporate Credit Manager, but will need to have strong relationships with sales and estimating teams in each of our regions and subsidiaries.¬  The Credit Coordinator will oversee the Company's open AR balance, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers and assistance with billing issues as they arise.¬  This position will be based out of our Franklin, OH office.

Essential Functions


Credit Operations:



  • Maintain the corporate credit policy

  • Monitor the open AR balance

  • Manage customer credit files

  • Conduct periodic credit reviews

  • Assist with personnel in regions and subsidiaries with credit and collection issues

  • Cash application and storage of supporting documents

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable sales tax regulations, company policy, and procedure


Reporting and Administration:



  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for Reginal Controllers and Regional Managers

  • Guide and educate accounting and sales staff on credit processes

  • Monitor and maintain legal rights of improved property

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Construction Heavy/Highway experience a huge plus.

  • 3 ‚€“ 5 years of experience

  • Experience with credit scoring systems and knowledge of credit-related laws

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Solid PC skills (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Available for minimal travel

  • Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities

  • Creativity and sense of humor a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
